Number of domains, sub-domains, parked domains, email accounts, FTP accounts, & MySQL databases are limited only by the space available on the account. 15-minute increments per work request. Remaining time remains available for use during that billing month.

Level 1 Support is the support system for the hosting account. It includes support for the services hosted by SiteSwappers, such as the web hosting control panel, email, FTP, as well as connecting to these services.

Level 2 Support includes the same services as Level 1, as well as for standard front-end web development, which may include the front-end or back-end of WordPress (or other CMS apps), troubleshooting access to MySQL, and other issues.
